Our Florida Villa Booking Terms And Conditions

1. Booking

The booking form must be completed by the party leader, who must be over the age of 21 years of age.

The person who signs the booking form is agreeing to the terms and conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form.

2. Deposit & Payment

A deposit of £150 / $250 is required with your completed booking form, which is non-refundable. Upon clearance of a cheque, credit/debit card payment, or bank transfer your booking will be confirmed. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday or in full if departure is less than 8 weeks away.

There is also a security deposit to pay of £150 / $250. The security deposit will be returned to guest 21 days after departure as long as all keys are returned and Premier Home Management company reports no loss of damage. If damage is reported that cost in excess of £150 / $250 we reserve the right to claim this from guests.

Alternatively you can take out Accidental Rental Damage Insurance for a fee of £30 / $45 non-refundable. We reserve the right to treat this booking as cancelled if we do not receive the balance by the due date.

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a booking you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the booking because of circumstance beyond our control, we will only be liable to refund monies already paid by guests, we will try to arrange alternative accommodation for you. Further more we cannot guarantee that all facilities on our web site will be available, and if damaged or broken our management company will try to rectify this as soon as possible. Cancellation charges are as follows.

Cancellation notice -- Cancellation Charges
More than 60 days notice -- Deposit only
31 - 60 Days notice -- 50% of rental charge
30 days and less notice -- 100% of the rental charge

4. No Smoking

We have a no smoking policy in our villa, if this rule is ignored guests risk losing their security deposit. Smoking is permitted around the pool deck.

5. Checking in and Vacating our property

You may gain access to our villa after 4.00pm on the day of your arrival and vacate by 11.00am on day of departure. If you are still in our villa when the cleaners arrive shortly after 11.00am you will be charged a late check out fee, which is equivalent to nights rental fee. You will still be asked to vacate our villa immediately so it can be prepared for the next guests arrival. Late check out can be requested at the time of booking and if our villa is available late check out can be confirmed by us. Once you have checked in should you need to leave our villa prior to your originally scheduled check -out date there will be no refund.

6. Limitation or Liability

No liability is accepted due to main services or failure of appliances. Premier Home Management will work quickly to repair or replace any items as soon as possible. We do not accept any liability for injury, damage or loss caused by any reason or any claim made as a result of this booking. This waiver is also applicable to people visiting the property as guests of the party leader. Guests may use the swimming pool at their own risk. Guests should read and observe safety rules in the safety information booklet. The home owner and Premier Home Management Company will not be liable for loss of money, jewellery, or other possessions of any kind whilst staying in our villa.

8. House Keeping

The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. Towels and linens are provided for your stay, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay this can be arranged for an additional fee. If you stay is less than 5 nights a departure cleaning fee will be added to your reservation . If your staying longer than 5 nights the cleaning fee is waived.

9. Keys

Upon arrival to our villa there will be a key provided for your use in the lockbox, which is located on or near the front door. There is a lockbox code on your arrival directions. Enter this code into the lockbox and retrieve the key that unlocks the front door. Please leave the key in the lockbox at all times. In the unlikely event that you lock yourself out, there will be a £30 / $60 service fee during normal business hours. If you lock yourself out after normal business hours, there will be a £50 / $100 fee. The charge for a lost key would be £25 / $50.

10. Pool

If you have requested pool heating, please understand that we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool as this may vary due to different weather conditions and the pool heater may shut off, and there will be no refund for pool heating. Refunds will only be provided effective from date that guest report the problem if the pool heater is physically broken and has been verified by a Premier Home Management.

Glass is not permitted around the pool area.

11. Alarm

Our villa has a monitored alarm system that we request that you activate when leaving our villa to protect your valuables as well as ours.

12. Complaint

Should any problems arise during your stay relating to our villa please contact Premier Home Management Company as soon as possible. Should any problems remain unresolved please notify us in writing within seven days of your return. We cannot deal with any problems that have not been reported to Premier Home Management Company.

It is strongly recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation fees and any other losses which may occur, and that all documentation including passports, visas and health certificates are guests responsibility.
