I Would Highly Recommend Your Villa

For anyone looking for a vacation rental home for their holiday, I would highly recommend this place. It was fantastic. My family and I ( myself, my hubby, our 6 month old son Grandma and Grandpa)stayed here for one week at the beginning of May 2009.

A few things we loved.

1. The place was clean with modern furnishing, two bathrooms and everything we could want in the kitchen.

2.The pool was nice and clean. We opted for pool heat even though it was the beginning of May and a heatwave simply b/c our little guy needed it a bit warmer in the pool to be happy. However with out the baby we would have been fine. It was nice that the ownwer was flexible in that we didn't have to request pool heat until we got there and decided for ourselves if it was needed. Once requested the property mgmt company was very prompt at accommadating our request.

3. We had the option of a BBQ for a small weekly fee which we made good use of especially since we didn't go out to much at nights b/c of the baby.

4. Games room again b/c of the baby we didn't go out a lot at night but had lots to do at the house playing darts/pool/and air hockey. The TV in the games room was a nice touch. It did get a little warm in there during the day but it was nice by the evening.

5.So close to everything! We weren't really planning on doing much Disney stuff but we ended up going to Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Downtown Disney during our stay.All were in 15-20 minutes super close and realyy easy to get to. The house was also 5-10 minutes from tons of restaurants.

6. They provided a portable crib ( Graco- newer model like we have at home)with clean sheets and new fleece blankets.The high chair was also very new.

7. The whole process was SO easy. All our inquiries about the property and any subsequent questions we had were answered within 24 hours if not sooner.Pay Pal which we'd never used before was super easy. All the directions and how to get into the house were provided before we left and all were exactly as stated. The security deposit was returned promptly without any follow up required on our part.
